If you order any product from this web site ("Site") it will be on the terms which are stated in these Conditions which you accept by placing an order for that product ("Product") through this Site.

1. Order

1.1 When you fill in and then send to us the details about the Product which you require and personal details on the Order Form, we will check the availability of the Product and will send you an email confirming your order and details of your request ("Confirmatory Email").

1.2 You must ensure that you have filled in your details on the Order Form correctly (especially the delivery address) and for correctly specifying the Product otherwise we will not be able to send the correct Product to you.

1.3 No order has been accepted by us until you have been sent a Confirmatory Email.

2. Price

2.1 The price set out on the Order Form includes all taxes. Postage and packing costs are also payable if the Product is available in paper form. Details of such postage and packing costs are set out on the Order Form. Please note that there are different postage and packing charges depending on where the Product is to be delivered and the particular Product in question.

3. Payment

3.1 The Product will not be despatched until full payment is received.

3.2 Your credit card account (credit card account payment service is coming soon) will be debited with the cost of the Product and any postage and packaging costs (a) in the case of electronic Product when we send you the Confirmatory Email allowing you to download the Product or (b) in the case of paper Product when the paper Product is despatched to you.

3.3 If, for any reason, your order is not accepted, you will receive email notification telling you of this and your order will be cancelled. In circumstances where your order is cancelled, we will not debit any money from your credit card account.

4. Delivery

4.1 If the Product is available electronically, the Confirmatory Email will contain the necessary details and passwords to enable you to download the research publication.

4.2 If the Product is available in paper form, then the Product will be delivered to the address which you filled in on the Order Form.

5. Inability of us to fulfil Order

5.1 If, for some reason, it is not possible for us to let you have the Product after we have sent you the Confirmatory Email, then we will refund you in full for all the money which we have taken from you.

6. Refunds Policy

6.1 Refunds on purchases made on this site are at the discretion of the company’s management.

6.2 Due to the nature of our products are easily transferable information of high value, many of Plus Alpha's publishers maintain a strict "no return" policy. Understanding that in some occasion a return is unavoidable, Plus Alpha will seek to work together with you should you need to expedite a return. Each such request will be reviewed on a case by case basis and Plus Alpha reserves the right to refuse any return in the cases when:

• The product has been opened
• The product has been delivered electronically
• Over a week has passed since confirmed delivery of the product

In all such cases, timely handling of the return of the product itself will help expedite approval of your request.

7. Exclusion of Liability

7.1 Whilst Plus Alpha will make every effort through its process of publisher screening to ensure that data and information supplied from our publishers is accurate and opinions expressed are sound, Plus Alpha makes no warranties express or implied regarding the services and information rendered by said third parties and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied. 

7.2 As a provider of third party content Plus Alpha assumes no responsibility for either the accuracy completeness or timeliness of the information of the qualitative or quantitative data provided therein.

7.3 Plus Alpha cannot be held liable for any loss arising from the use of the contents of the reports howsoever caused.
